Traveling Book Club
Summer Camp
Little Sprouts Preschool is proud to launch our first-ever Summer Traveling Book Club, a full-day summer reading and enrichment experience created especially for young learners in our neighborhood.
Running June 22 – August 7, 2026, this unique program combines daily literacy instruction, interactive read-alouds, and hands-on learning with local DMV travel experiences that bring books to life. Each week, children will explore stories through art, movement, STEM activities, and real-world connections—supporting reading comprehension, vocabulary development, and confidence for elementary learners.
Summer School Curriculum
Core Knowledge is a nationally recognized, research-based curriculum designed to build strong reading comprehension, vocabulary, and background knowledge.
Summer Camp Fees

Weekly Rate: $350 (includes meals, snacks, and local travel)

One-Time Registration Fee: $50 (covers uniform shirts, ID bracelets, and summer reading materials)
Book Club Weekly Themes
Little Sprouts’ first-ever Summer Traveling Book Club is thoughtfully designed for learners Kindergarten through 3rd grade, combining reading, hands-on learning, and local exploration. Each week centers on a theme supported by Core Knowledge® curriculum materials, engaging texts, and real-world experiences.
